Websites and growth systems that win local businesses more customers. Based in Chicago, IL.
Every local business owner wants a website that grows the business. Most end up with one that just checks a box. PxP Labs exists to close that gap. We engineer websites and growth systems that win local businesses more customers, handling the whole process: the planning, design, build, and the SEO copywriting that gets you found on Google and AI search, and converts those visitors into paying customers. You focus on your business, while we manage the growth engine behind it.
Done right, your site works like your hardest-working employee, bringing in leads around the clock while you focus on the work in front of you.
Getting found online is now the difference between a growing business and a dying one. But it takes skills most owners never trained for: writing copy that ranks, designing for the phone in your customer's hand, building a lead form that actually converts. It's a full-time skill set, and you're already doing the work of five people.
So here's what usually happens. You picked a template builder, dropped in your text, and after a few long nights got a site online. It looks fine, but it never got off the ground in terms of driving growth. You didn't have the time, the site underperformed, and you moved on, never realizing the potential in this growth lever.
We start from a process we've refined for businesses like yours. Every part of your site is built to bring in customers, engineered pixel by pixel.
Technical SEO and GEO infrastructure, hyper-local schema, and content built to rank on Google and AI search.
High-fidelity UI and UX with brand-grade visual polish, so a first-time visitor takes you seriously.
Conversion copy and a contact flow shaped around your real process, so visitors don't just browse, they book, call, or request a quote.
Responsive layouts designed for how customers actually browse on their phones, and fast while they do it.
Ratings, credentials, and real reviews surfaced from your Google Business Profile, the trust signals that win the click.
Most providers hand over a site and disappear. We stay in it as your growth partner, accountable to one thing: more revenue.
It starts with demand. Every day, people near you search for exactly what you do.

I'm Josh Philip, a former product leader and management consultant in Chicago. I started PxP because most local owners are overextended, running on too little time and too little support. Every local business deserves a shot at its full potential, whatever its budget. Reach out and I'll find a way to help you get there.

It depends on scope, so reach out and we'll figure it out together. I started PxP to help local businesses, and I'll do my absolute best to find a way to partner with you. Don't let price be the reason you don't reach out. More than likely, we can find a way to work together. In the event we can't partner right away, I'll still leave you with practical advice and a few short-term steps you can take to improve your current site's performance.
Hosting runs about $20/month on Vercel and starts when your site goes live. It's billed separately from the project fee. If you'd rather use your own hosting provider, that works too, as long as we align on it before the project starts. And you're never locked in: if you ever decide to move providers, I'll reasonably assist with migrating your website assets and handoff materials.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own your domain, content, and final website code. Most clients choose to have us host, maintain, and update their site on an ongoing basis, and we offer affordable monthly plans for that. If you prefer to run the site yourself, we'll hand over the code and assist you with deployment on a new platform. From there, you or a developer you hire will be responsible for hosting, maintenance, security, and future edits. If you expect to make frequent changes but don't want an ongoing retainer or technical support arrangement, we may not be the best fit.
Fast. With your content and materials ready up front, a site can come together in days. A typical project runs one to two weeks which accounts for review cycles. We move quickly while keeping the quality bar high, and we'll work at a pace that fits you.
